About Us - Mit's HRM Insights

Welcome to Mit's HRM Insights.

I'm Mit, an HR professional working in the field of Human Resource Management. I started this blog with two simple objectives. The first was to learn how websites and blogging work from a practical perspective. The second, and more important, was to create a platform where I could document my professional experiences, share practical HR knowledge and discuss the challenges that HR professionals face in their day-to-day work.

Over the years, I have realized that there is often a significant gap between what we learn in textbooks and what actually happens in the workplace. HR practices are never identical across organizations. A recruitment strategy that works well in a private company may not be suitable for a cooperative organization. Likewise, labour law compliance, employee relations, performance management, and compensation practices vary considerably between the private sector, government organizations, public sector undertakings, and cooperative institutions.

This blog is my effort to bridge that gap by combining HR concepts with practical experience. Here, you will find articles on HR Generalist practices, recruitment and selection, labour laws, HR compliance, performance management, HR analytics, cooperative HR management, workplace policies, and emerging HR trends. Wherever possible, I draw upon real workplace situations, practical observations, and professional experience to make the content relevant and easy to understand.

Whether you are a student beginning your HR journey, a young HR executive building your career, or an experienced HR professional looking for practical insights, I hope you will find something useful here. My objective is not merely to explain HR theories but to discuss how those theories are implemented, adapted, and sometimes challenged in real organizations.

This blog is also a continuous learning journey for me. HR is an evolving profession, and every workplace presents new opportunities to learn. Through this platform, I hope to exchange ideas, encourage meaningful discussions, and contribute, in my own way, to the HR community.

Thank you for visiting Mit's HRM Insights. I sincerely hope the articles published here add value to your professional journey.

Warm regards,

Mit
